Even The Apple isn't unblemished anymore.

I guess part of the problem might be, that all the competitors are so eager to get their new products out there, that they don't take enough time to test them properly on all levels.
Between this factor and cutting their costs, the quality can be severely compromised.
It seems that NO Big Name is Immune anymore to the Sign of the Times.
